15TH ANNIVERSARY

GRS Recruitment is licenced by the Ministry of Labour (Licence No. 135) to provide Permanent Recruitment Services and, in 2014, it became the first recruitment agency in Cyprus to be issued with a licence to provide Temporary Recruitment Services in Cyprus (Licence No. 1). The company employs 27 staff and its founder, Steve Slocombe, has over 25 years of experience in recruitment and payroll in Cyprus, Malta and the UK.
KEY TO SUCCESS
The key to our success has been the growth and development of the team at GRS Group and we have made several key promotions to create a new dynamic management team, which represents the next generation of leadership within the group. Following the promotion of Lorraine Piggott-Brown to Senior Operations Manager and Hayley Buckle to Recruitment Director, and with Nicoletta Demetriou taking on a bigger Group role, we have seen massive growth in both the structural and commercial aspects of the business and this has spurred a number of new initiatives, including new websites, the development of Corporate Social Responsibility, employee engagement initiatives, increased outsourcing activity and boosted smart marketing.
Steve Slocombe says: “The importance of Human Capital in any business cannot be underestimated and, within the GRS Group, we continue to engage and motivate our employees through empowerment, flexible working and career development. We have recently undergone a business transformation which has bought an increased passion to the business and the brand.”
