Buyer interest remains exceptionally strong, continuing the upward trajectory that began during the design phase. Most of the residences have already been sold, reflecting both the market’s confidence and the strong appeal of the project.

Can you disclose the overall project cost and indicative selling prices for the luxury residences?
The total investment in Londa Residences reaches tens of millions of euros, reflecting both the project’s landmark location and its exceptionally high construction and finishing specifications. Our aim has been to create a residential product worthy of the Londa’s legacy, and the scale of the investment demonstrates this commitment.
As for pricing, this varies depending on each residence’s position and characteristics. Currently, one-bedroom lateral sea-view apartments start from approximately €860,000.
There are a few remaining two- and three-bedroom apartments with beach views, as this is one of the most popular choices among buyers. At the top of the range are the impressive penthouses and duplex residences, designed for those whose dream has always been to live literally on the beach.
