Cyprus Seeds partners with UK’s Conception X to advance deep-tech entrepreneurship
Cyprus Seeds has announced its partnership with Conception X, which runs the UK’s leading PhD deep-tech venture programme, transforming PhD researchers into startup founders.
The collaboration marks a significant milestone in Cyprus Seeds’ mission to bridge the gap between academic research and commercialisation, offering researchers in Cyprus enhanced opportunities to develop deep-tech ventures – a press release said.
A select number of Cyprus Seeds teams from universities and Centres of Excellence across the island are participating in Conception X’s specialised training and mentorship programs, gaining valuable entrepreneurial tools and guidance to bring their innovations to market. Conception X’s proven track record in turning academic research into successful startups aligns seamlessly with Cyprus Seeds’ commitment to fostering scientific entrepreneurship, it added.
